I loved that the hotel was big, fabulous with a great service. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were really bad. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini-bar, climate control and pay television in the room.

The hotel is big and fairly clean with an excellent restaurant, I had a such great stay. All the staff were helpful, accommodating. The room was perfect on the balcony and had a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. The location was magnificent, close to Cenote Santa Cruz.
